CASA of DuPage County is a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring the safety, stability, and well-being of vulnerable children who have experienced abuse and neglect. Through high-quality advocacy, compassionate support, and strong community partnerships, CASA advocates for children to ensure each child has a voice in the court and in the community.
With a network of trained volunteers, committed staff, and supportive board leadership, CASA of DuPage County impacts the lives of children experiencing abuse and neglect by elevating their needs and championing their best interests.
Executive Summary
The Executive Director of CASA of DuPage County serves as the chief executive and public ambassador for the organization, responsible for advancing its mission to advocate for the best interests of children who have experienced abuse or neglect. The Executive Director provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and relationship stewardship to ensure organizational sustainability, program excellence, and measurable impact for children and families in the DuPage County court system.
This role requires a values-driven leader with strong nonprofit management experience, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate complex systems involving courts, volunteers, donors, staff, and community partners.
